The recruitment is for the post of Forest Watcher to be recruited in various forest divisions of Karnataka. The posts will be filled under orders issued by the Government of Karnataka.

Name of the Post: Forest Watcher
Age limit : The candidates must be minimum 18 years of age and maximum 35 years of age as on the date of notification. The selection of the candidates will be made via an admission/selection test. The certificate verification will be done after the candidate has cleared the written and physical tests.
Education : The candidates should be a citizen of India to apply for the post of Forest Watcher. The candidate should have passed the SSLC/Class 10th examination with good marks from a recognized education board. The candidates should also have good physical fitness and must have interest in forests.

- For SC/ ST/ Cat I: Rs. 45/-

For the written test, the candidate will be given 2 hours to solve 100 multiple choice questions which will carry 100 marks in total. The questions will be based on topics such as English Language, General Knowledge, General Mental Ability, General Science and Mathematics.
For the Physical fitness test, the candidates will be checked for their physical and mental abilities like agility, jumping, balancing exercise, etc. The candidates who clear the written and physical tests will be called for the certificate verification.
